Apple today released OS X 10.4.2. It looks like they’ve made some changes to almost everything, including File Sharing, Dashboard, Address Book, Automator, iCal, iChat, Mail, Safari, Stickies, the Finder, installation reliability, Core Graphics, Core Audio, Core Image, and ATI and NVIDIA graphics drivers. Detailed information about the update can be found here.

I just installed 10.4.2 a few minutes ago, and I am actually seeing a bit of a performace boost. My system seems a little zippier.

As with all OS X updates, I reccomend repairing permissions via Apple’s Disk Utility prior to, and following the update.
