Canon SD300

Well, I finally bought a new camera. I’ve been wanting one for a long time now. I’ve been holding off to see what was going to happen with taxes this year. Even though my tax year wasn’t great, it was good enough that I decided to buy myself a little treat. I went with the Canon SD300. Canon makes an SD400, that looks to be the exact same camera, except it is 5 megapixels, instead of 4. The SD400 is about $100 more, and I didn’t think it was really worth it. At this size camera, the lens is the real limiting factor. There is only so much detail that this small amount of glass can capture.
It should arrive in 3-5 business days. I can’t wait!
